The Farmhouse At Ream Hills
The Farmhouse At Ream Hills is in Mythop, just outside Lytham St Annes. It's a detached house, so no neighbours attached. It's set back from the road with gardens around it.
It sleeps seventeen, which is a lot. Six bedrooms, three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well-equipped, not a luxury hotel but it's solid. The games room has a snooker table, table tennis, and table football. There's a piano too if anyone plays.
There are two living rooms, which is useful with a big group. The kitchen is big and open plan. It has everything you'd need to cook for numbers.
The garden is large. There's a patio area and a hot tub. The lawns are big enough for kids to run about.
You're about six or seven miles from the coast at Lytham and St Annes. The beach there is good. For a proper day out, Blackpool is a short drive further along the coast.
There's a gastropub in Weeton village that does food. It's about a mile away.
Facilities: all the basics are included - bedding, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. There's parking on site. There's a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
