Hoole Summer House
Hoole Summer House is in Elswick, Lancashire. It's a single-level, detached place in the grounds of an estate. It was all done up in 2021, so everything's fresh. It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which is handy with that many people.
The main living area is open plan. Doors open out onto the garden. The view from the front is just fields, no other houses in the way. There's a terrace and a hot tub out there.
Being all on one level means no stairs to worry about. There's parking right there.
In the village, about a fifteen minute walk, there are two pubs that do food and a good ice cream place. For a bigger shop, Kirkham or Poulton-Le-Fylde are about a fifteen minute drive. They've got proper supermarkets and more places to eat.
The coast is about twenty minutes by car. You've got Lytham and St Annes, which are nicer, with sandy beaches and good walks. Blackpool is the same distance the other way if you want the lights and the attractions. The Forest of Bowland is about half an hour inland for walking.
Facilities wise: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. There's storage for bikes.
