Briar Cottage
Briar Cottage is in Nateby, Lancashire, right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales. It's a modern cottage that's part of a conversion from an old farm building.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have an ensuite, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a well-finished new build within the old stone walls, so everything works and feels clean. The stairs are open-tread, modern, and not steep.
There's a courtyard garden at the back that's private. It has a hot tub. It’s attached to a seasonal caravan park we run, which is quiet most of the year.The main living area is open-plan with a sofa, dining table, and kitchen. There's a wood-burning stove in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. TV and WiFi are included. There's parking right outside.
You can bring one dog.
The village has a pub and a shop. For walking, you're right on the edge of the Dales. The Yorkshire Dales National Park site has maps and details. Ingleton, with its waterfalls walk, is about a 15-minute drive. The Lake District is just under an hour away.
