The Granary
The Granary is in Poulton le Fylde. It's a semi-detached house, one of a pair of converted farm buildings. It's on a quiet lane, but the town centre is only a five minute walk away.
It sleeps six. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which is handy. It has a 4 Star rating. The space is modern and clean. The stairs are fairly steep, just so you know.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's a small enclosed patio area out the back. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
Poulton itself is nice. There's a proper market on Mondays. Good butchers, a few cafes, and several pubs. The thatched pub near the church does food.
Blackpool is about a fifteen minute drive. That's where the Pleasure Beach and the Tower are. For a quieter beach, Lytham St Annes is ten minutes the other way. It's more for promenades and sand dunes.
Further out, you can get to the Forest of Bowland in half an hour. Good for walking. Lancaster is about forty minutes if you want a historic city.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a cot and highchair if you need them, and WiFi. The parking is on the drive for two cars. All bedding and towels are included.
