Mulberry House
Mulberry House is on Preston Road in Lytham St Anne's. It's a terrace house, four storeys high. Sleeps ten, four bedrooms, and there are four bathrooms which is handy for that many people. It has a 4 Star rating.
It's a big house. The stairs are pretty steep, so you need to be mindful of that. There's a wet room on the ground floor which is useful. Off-road parking for a couple of cars and an electric vehicle charger.
You're right in town. Shops, pubs and restaurants are about a five minute walk. The seafront and the Green are about a fifteen minute walk. The local shops have everything you need.
For the beach, Lytham windmill and the estuary are close. For a long, sandy beach, St Anne's beach is a couple of miles down the coast. The Ribble Estuary is good if you're interested in birds.
Blackpool is nine miles away for the Pleasure Beach, the Tower and all that. It's about a twenty minute drive.
If you want to go further, you can get to the Forest of Bowland or the coast up towards Fleetwood in under half an hour. The motorway links are good if you're heading into the Lakes or the Dales.
For facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. There's a cot, highchair and stairgate if you're bringing children. The garden is enclosed. You can bring two dogs. Bedding and towels are included.
