The Beach House is on Victoria Road in St Annes. It's a semi-detached Victorian house, set back a bit from the road. There's a low front garden with a hedge, then a path to the front door.
It sleeps four. Two good size bedrooms upstairs, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, not modern minimalist. It's been refurbished but it's an old house, so the floors aren't all perfectly level. The WiFi works fine.
You're about a ten minute walk from the seafront and the big green. The promenade is wide, good for a proper walk or a bike ride. There's a pier, and the beach is sandy.
There's a pub about five minutes walk away on Clifton Drive. St Annes Square is around the corner for shops and cafes. Ashton Gardens is just there too, it's a nice park. You can find out more about the local area on the Visit Lytham site.
If you golf, Royal Lytham & St Annes is obviously famous. Fairhaven Lake is a short drive or a decent walk along the front. You can hire bikes there. Blackpool is about fifteen minutes in the car if you want the lights and the Pleasure Beach.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a small enclosed rear yard with a patio and a BBQ. You can bring one dog. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Parking is on the street. It's usually fine to find a space outside or very close by.
