Ivy House

This is Ivy House. It's on a quiet street in Fairhaven, between Lytham and St Annes. It's semi-detached, sleeps five, has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's been rated 4 Star.

The back garden is enclosed, so it's secure. You can park on the drive. Inside, it's spacious. It's comfortable rather than stylish.

Fairhaven Lake is a five minute walk. You can hire a boat, play tennis, or just walk around it. There's a cafe and an RSPB centre there too. The beach is about a mile away.

Lytham and St Annes are each about two miles away in opposite directions. Both have nice pubs, restaurants, and cafes. There are four 18-hole golf courses very close by.

Blackpool is about eight miles north if you fancy the lights or the Pleasure Beach. For a bigger day out, the Lake District is roughly an hour's drive.

Facilities: there's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
