Bank Lane House is on a residential park called Lytham Edge Lodge Park, near the village of Warton. It's a big detached house, sleeps up to ten, with its own parking and garden. It's got five bedrooms and two bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, which means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The stairs are quite steep, just so you know. The kitchen is big enough for a few people to be in there at once.
Warton village centre is about a fifteen minute walk. There's a pub and a shop there. For the beach and everything else, you want Lytham St Annes. That's about a ten minute drive. It's got a long green by the sea, proper sand, shops and places to eat. St Annes has the pier and is a bit more traditional.
Blackpool is twenty minutes up the road if you want the lights and the Pleasure Beach. Inland, you can get to Garstang or Poulton-Le-Fylde in about twenty minutes. Lancaster is half an hour away. The Lake District is about an hour's drive.
For facilities, it's got pretty much what you'd need: wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, cot and highchair. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking for three cars on the drive.
