This is Number 13, on the Honicombe Manor holiday village near St Ann's Chapel. It's a modern holiday house, not an old cottage. Sleeps eight in four bedrooms, with two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating.
The place is set up for families or groups. Downstairs is all open plan, kitchen, dining area, and living space. There's a good sized table. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor, one double and one twin. There's also a shower room on that level. Upstairs has the other two bedrooms, another kingsize and a twin, plus the main bathroom with a bath. The stairs are fine, just a normal flight.
Outside, there's a patio area with a picnic bench. You can sit out there. The village itself has the facilities: there's an indoor and outdoor pool you can use, a small gym, and a bar and restaurant on site.
Location wise, you're inland in east Cornwall, near the Devon border. It's about a 15 minute drive to the coast at Seaton or Downderry. The Tamar Valley is right there for walks. Dartmoor National Park is about a 25 minute drive north. Plymouth city centre is about half an hour away if you need bigger shops or the historic dockyard. National Trust Cornwall has a lot of local properties and coast.
In terms of what's there: all bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, WiFi, parking right outside, and the TV. You can bring up to two dogs.
