Fayrewood House is in Verwood. It's a house in a residential road, so it feels like you're living here rather than just visiting. You get the whole place to yourselves.
It sleeps three in two bedrooms. There's a double, a single and one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and clean. It's not a showhome, but it's got everything you need.
You've got a good enclosed garden out the back. It's paved, so it's low maintenance. There's parking for one car on the drive.
Inside, there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. All the bedding and towels are included.
Verwood is handy. There are shops and a few places to eat within walking distance. Moors Valley Country Park is just down the road. It's good for a walk or a cycle. You can hire bikes there.
You're right on the edge of the New Forest. It's about a ten minute drive to get into the proper heathland. You'll see the ponies. Cranborne Chase is the other way, which is also good for walking.
If you want the coast, Bournemouth's about half an hour in the car. Sandbanks and Poole Harbour are the same sort of distance. Wimborne Minster is a nice old town, about fifteen minutes away.
