Sid's Place
Sid's Place is a one-bedroom cottage, all on the ground floor. It's next to our house on the yard here. The place looks out over the fields where we keep the horses.
It sleeps two. One bedroom with an ensuite shower room. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and everything is new. It's all open-plan inside, so the kitchen, dining area, and sitting room are in one space. There are French doors that open out onto your own deck.
It's very quiet out here. Hurn Forest starts just up the track from the gate, so you can walk straight out into the woods. There's a local pub about a mile away that does food.
You're well placed for getting about. The New Forest is right there. Bournemouth and the beaches are about twenty minutes by car. Poole Harbour and the Jurassic Coast aren't much further. Corfe Castle, Lulworth Cove, places like that are within half an hour or so.
For the facilities: it has underfloor heating, a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a travel cot and a highchair if you need them. The doorway is level and there are no steps, so it's accessible.
