Lilypad is in Ringwood. It's a new build house on a residential street, so it's quiet.
It sleeps four with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a 4 Star rating. One well-behaved dog is allowed. It looks modern and is easy to keep clean.
Inside, it's all open plan downstairs - kitchen, living area, dining table. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and a gas hob. There's a small toilet under the stairs. Heating is underfloor on the ground floor.
Upstairs, the family bathroom has a shower over the bath. Both bedrooms have smart TVs on the wall. There's a washer-dryer in a cupboard.
Outside is a small patio with seating and a barbecue. You can park one car on the drive. There's a locked bike store if you need it.
The town centre is about a ten-minute walk. Ringwood's got a mix of shops and cafes, a weekly market, and the brewery. The Castleman Trailhead on Bickerley Road is good for flat walks or bike rides along the old railway.
You're right on the edge of the New Forest. You can walk into it. The animals roam free, so you'll see ponies. Moors Valley Country Park is about ten minutes by car, with walking trails and a Go Ape. The New Forest Water Park is nearby if that's your thing.
The beaches at Southbourne and Avon Beach are roughly half an hour's drive. Further afield, within about thirty minutes, you've got places like Beaulieu Motor Museum and Liberty's Owl, Raptor and Reptile Centre.
For planning, the New Forest National Park Authority site is useful. The National Trust also looks after parts of the coast and forests nearby.
Facilities included are all the things you'd expect - WiFi, TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, cot, highchair, stairgate. Bedding and towels are provided.
