The Barn
This is The Barn. It's a single-storey barn conversion on our property in Burley Street, Hampshire. It's in the New Forest, so ponies and cows are often on the lane outside.
It sleeps two. It's open plan, so the bedroom area isn't separate. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished. There are Egyptian cotton sheets, a wood burner, and underfloor heating.
There's a spiral staircase. It goes up to a mezzanine reading area. It's open-tread and quite steep, so you need to be careful on it.
You have your own patio with a table and chairs, and a barbecue. There's parking right outside. It's in our garden, so it's private but we might be around in the main house sometimes.
The local shop and a couple of pubs are about three quarters of a mile away. Ringwood is a five minute drive for supermarkets. The coast at Bournemouth is about eight miles if you want the beach.
For facilities, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. No pets, sorry.
