Picket Hill Cottage
Picket Hill Cottage is a bungalow near Foulford in Hampshire. It's detached, so you're on your own. You can see the garden from the windows.
It sleeps four. There's one bedroom and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. Everything's on one floor.
There's a pub about a mile down the road that does food. The nearest shop is two miles away.
The main thing is you're right on the edge of the New Forest National Park. You can walk straight out of the garden gate and onto the heath. The ponies and cattle wander around freely, so you see them all the time.
Burley village is about six miles away. It's got tea rooms and a few shops. For a bigger town, Ringwood isn't far. The coast at Bournemouth is about a 30 minute drive. National Trust has some good spots along the coast too.
The place has a washing machine, a TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need one. You can bring up to two dogs.
The owners live next door in the main house. They're there if you need anything but they leave you to it.
