Greenbank Cottage is on Burley Street in the New Forest. It's detached. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating so everything's in good order and it's well looked after.
The stairs are narrow and steep. There's an Aga in the kitchen. It also has a separate outdoor kitchen area with a BBQ, which is handy.
You're right in the New Forest. Ponies and cattle walk through the village. You can step out the door and be on forest walking paths straight away. Burley village centre is a short walk. There's a couple of pubs, tea rooms, and a shop. They do cycle hire there if you want it.
About a nine mile drive gets you to the coast at Bournemouth or Mudeford for beaches. If you want to explore further, the National Trust has places like Mottisfont within about half an hour. The main New Forest National Park site is useful for maps and guidance.
Facilities: it's got parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, but the rest of the cottage isn't, because of the stairs. No pets.
