The Otter is a one-bedroom cottage in Christchurch. It's for two people, with a small dog allowed if you have one.
It's got a four star rating, so it's comfortable and has a few nicer touches. One bathroom with a shower. Everything is on the ground floor and it's wheelchair friendly. The front looks out towards the river.
You're a ten-minute walk from the town centre. That's where the big priory is, and the good selection of pubs and restaurants. There's a cinema too. The quay is nice for a walk, and you can get the ferry over to Mudeford from there.
Mudeford Quay is about three miles away. It's good for sailing or just walking along the promenade. For a proper beach day, you'd drive to the coast at Highcliffe or Bournemouth, which takes ten or fifteen minutes.
The New Forest is a twenty-minute drive. You can walk or cycle there. The ponies wander about freely, so you see them by the roads.
Inside, it's got a dishwasher, TV, and Wi-Fi. Parking is right outside. Bedding and towels are included.
If you want to look things up for a visit, the New Forest National Park Authority site is useful, and for the coast, the Jurassic Coast Trust has good information.
