Pinecliffe Avenue

Pinecliffe Avenue is a flat in Bournemouth, a first floor one. It's an apartment block, not a cottage, so think of it as a practical base. The rating is 3 Star, which is about right. It's clean and it works, but it's not luxurious.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. The living room and kitchen are open plan. There's a balcony you can stand on, it looks out and you can see a bit of the sea between the buildings. It's about 50 yards from the cliff top path. You go down the zig-zag path there and you're on the beach. It's sandy and it's a Blue Flag one, so it's clean.

There's a pub a few minutes' walk away, and a shop about half a mile. The town centre is walkable if you don't mind a stroll, maybe twenty minutes. That's where the main gardens, shops and restaurants are.

If you drive, you can get to Christchurch in about ten minutes. The quay at Mudeford is good for crabbing. The New Forest is maybe a twenty-five minute drive. You can see the ponies wandering about. It's nice for a walk.

For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. TV. Parking is on site, which is a plus for Bournemouth. Bedding is included. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
