Pinecliffe Avenue
Pinecliffe Avenue is an apartment in Bournemouth. It's a first floor flat, about 50 yards from the cliff top and the beach. There's a balcony you can see a bit of the sea from, over the roofs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The living room and kitchen are open plan.
You're right by the beach, which is sandy and has a Blue Flag. It's an easy walk down. The town centre is about a mile and a half away, with all the usual shops, gardens, and places to eat. There's a pub about 600 yards away, and a shop half a mile.
If you want to get out of town, the New Forest is about a 20 minute drive. You can see the ponies and walk around. Christchurch is close too, maybe 10 or 15 minutes by car. They have a market, and you can walk along the river or go crabbing at Mudeford Quay.
For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. There's parking on site. No pets allowed.
