Number 3 is a ground floor apartment in Bournemouth. It's been done up recently. It's got three bedrooms and two bathrooms, so it sleeps six.
It’s on one level, which is good for less mobile people or if you don’t fancy stairs. You have your own garden out the back. It gets the sun.
The place has a 4 Star rating. That means it’s well equipped and comfortable. There’s a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking. We’ve put in an electric vehicle charger too. No pets, sorry.
You’re about a ten minute walk from the cliff top. From there, you can walk down to the beach. Boscombe and Southbourne are your nearest bits of seafront. The beach is sandy.
For a day out, you can get the ferry from Sandbanks over to Brownsea Island. You might see red squirrels there. The Jurassic Coast is about half an hour's drive. You can see Durdle Door and Lulworth Cove from there. The New Forest is about the same drive the other way.
