New Sea Breeze
This is New Sea Breeze. It's a flat on the first floor in Bournemouth, right by the beach at Southbourne. You can see the sea from the living room and both bedrooms.
It's a modern place. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It sleeps four. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and has everything you'd need.
You can walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. It's a sandy beach. The flat has a balcony facing south, so you get the sun. It's a good spot to sit outside.
Southbourne itself has shops and a few pubs you can walk to. For a bigger town, Bournemouth is along the coast. Christchurch is close as well, maybe a ten minute drive. It's nice by the river there.
The New Forest is about half an hour away by car. You can go for walks or bike rides. The ponies wander around the roads, so you have to drive carefully.
As for the flat, it has things like a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. There's parking and you can charge an electric car. Bedding and towels are included.
