New Sea Breeze
This is New Sea Breeze. It's a first-floor flat in Bournemouth, on the Southbourne side. The main thing is the sea view. You look straight out over the beach from the living room and both bedrooms.
It's modern inside. Open plan living area with a balcony facing south. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It sleeps four. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything’s in good condition.
The beach is award-winning sand and it's basically across the road. You can walk down in a couple of minutes.
Southbourne has shops, cafes, and a few pubs. It’s a normal residential area. Christchurch is about ten minutes away by car. They've got the priory and quay there. The New Forest is maybe a twenty-minute drive. Good for walks and bike rides. Watch out for the ponies on the road.
In terms of stuff here: there's parking on site, an electric vehicle charger, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's bike storage. No pets allowed.
