The Workshop is in Ferndown, Dorset. It's a detached cottage on a quiet track. There are a few other holiday homes here, it's a small site. You're right next to horse stables, so you'll see and hear them. That's the main thing to know. It's very peaceful otherwise.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The rating is 4 Star, so it's well-finished and comfortable. Everything is on one level, which is handy. The doors are wide and there's a ramp, so it works for wheelchairs.
Outside, you have your own patio with a hot tub. There's also a shared games room with table football and table tennis. For kids, there's a playhouse and slide in the shared garden area.
The location is good for walking and cycling. You're right on the Castleman Trailway, which is a gravel track. You can walk to a pub and a Chinese restaurant from here. A golf course is nearby too.
By car, the coast is about ten miles. That's Bournemouth and Poole sands. The proper Jurassic Coast, like Lulworth or Studland, is a bit further but easily doable for a day out. Wimborne Minster is a nice market town close by.
For facilities: it's got a wood burner, dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right outside.
