The Coach House is in Ashford, Hampshire. It's a little modern building that used to be a coach house. It's attached to our place, but it's private.
It's just for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place. The conversion's new, it's clean and everything works properly.
The layout is a bit different. You come in on the ground floor, where there's a hall and a utility room. The main living area is all upstairs. It's open plan: kitchen, living room and dining space together. It feels spacious. The windows look out over our paddocks, about five acres. You'll see sheep.
There's a garden that's just for you. It has a hot tub.
You're out in the countryside. The nearest shop and pub are in Fordingbridge, about a mile and a half away. It's a small town by the river. Several pubs there do food. The New Forest is close by for walks. You'll see the ponies.
Within about half an hour you've got a few options. Kingston Lacy is a National Trust house. Moors Valley Country Park has cycling and a treetop walk. Salisbury is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes, for the cathedral.
For facilities: there's parking right outside. It has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
