White Wing
White Wing is one of a pair of cottages in Damerham, just up from the village green. It's on the road opposite The Compasses pub. You're in the countryside here, but Salisbury and Bournemouth are easy to get to.
The cottage sleeps two. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's a 3 Star place. Nothing fancy, but it's clean and has what you need. There's a step into the bathroom from the bedroom, just to note.
You've got a small private patio out the back. Parking is right outside.
The pub over the road, The Compasses, does good food. They've got a big garden. The village green is handy if you've brought a dog. There's a shop about a mile away in Rockbourne.
The New Forest is only about ten minutes' drive. You can be walking or cycling there very quickly. New Forest National Park Authority has maps and ideas. The coast at Bournemouth is about twenty minutes in the car the other way.
For days out, Salisbury is under half an hour. Old Sarum and Kingston Lacy are nearby. The Ancient Technology Centre at Cranborne is interesting if you like that sort of thing.
Inside, there's a washing machine, TV, WiFi, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring one well-behaved dog. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them.
