Star Cottage

Star Cottage is in Ringwood. It's a two bedroom cottage for three people. We had it renovated recently, so it's in good order. It's got a 5 Star rating, which is down to the quality of the fittings.

You're right in the town centre but it's a quiet lane. The front door opens onto the pavement. There's a small, enclosed patio garden out the back.

The kitchen is open plan with the living area. It has a dishwasher and a coffee machine. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath.

We can take one small dog. There's on-site parking for one car.

Ringwood is handy. You can walk to the shops, cafes, a few pubs, and a supermarket. The New Forest is about a ten minute drive. You can see ponies on the roads. The coast, around Bournemouth and Sandbanks, is about half an hour away.

If you want to go further, Salisbury is about forty minutes. Christchurch and its priory are about twenty five minutes. Beaulieu Motor Museum is roughly the same.

For planning trips, the New Forest National Park Authority site is useful. So is the National Trust page for the New Forest.

In terms of what's here, it's all the things you'd expect: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. We can put out a cot and a highchair if you need them.
