The Marine House
Perfectly situated only 50 yards from the beach, this ground floor holiday apartment is the perfect location for your beachside break. With ample space to leave your cars, bikes, surf and paddle boards, you will be spoilt for a choice of activities. The large kitchen at Marine House has everything you could need for your staycation, from the chilled wine cabinet to the magnificent range cooker. There are two double bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other with zip and link beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The huge bathroom is very opulent, with the most amazing slipper bath and massive walk-in shower, easily one of the best rooms of the apartment! There is also a comfortable living room and a separate dining room to the front of the building with beach views - the perfect place for you to sit and eat dinner after a busy day on the water or exploring all that Sussex has to offer.
This is the quintessential seaside stay, Marine House is situated directly opposite the beach where a multitude of sports activities take place, including kitesurfing, windsurfing, fishing, and swim meets. From this advantageous location you can follow the promenade all the way to Brighton if you want, easily done on such a beautiful stretch of coastline! The Goring-by-sea Greensward, a fantastic 2 mile stretch of village green, is only a few minutes’ walk away and is perfect for picnics and barbecues or a game of football or cricket. The South Downs National Park is only a 10-minute drive and a perfect day out for the family, and the local leisure centre has great swimming facilities for adults and children alike. The WOW offers stunning long-range views of all these wonderful Sussex coastline spots. The historic town of Arundel is only a few miles away, the picturesque streets and Castle Cathedral are the beginnings of a fine day out, finishing with a trip to the Arundel Wildfowl and Wetland Nature Reserve. To the east is the bustling city of Brighton, promising a great evening out, and 15 minutes to the north is Cissbury Ring, where you will see impressive panoramic views over Sussex. The famous Goodwood Estate is only 30 minutes further up the A27, offering a range of activities including the motor circuit racecourse, the aerodrome and a championship golf course. Not forgetting the Festival of Speed, the Goodwood Revival and the Glorious Goodwood festivals.
The owner is extremely welcoming and more than happy to help arrange access to the nearby Sailing Club. Marine House will be a place for some wonderful memory making and photo opportunities! Beach 50 yards, shop, pub and restaurants all within ½ mile.
