Brookfields

Brookfields is a first-floor apartment on our working farm in Harmby, near Leyburn. It's a quiet spot. The views are the main thing, really. You look straight out over the dales towards Penhill.

It’s for two people. One bedroom, one en-suite shower room. It's a 4 Star place, which means it's well-finished and everything's new. The bed is a super king. The living area and kitchen are all one open space with big doors out to a balcony.

You should know it's upstairs. There's an external spiral staircase to get to the front door. It's sturdy, but it's a spiral staircase.

The farm is rural, so there are no shops right here. You can walk to Leyburn in about half an hour. There's a pub a short walk away, and another in Spennithorne that does food. A little beck runs past the bottom of the garden.

For things to do, you're right on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Middleham with its castle and racing stables is very close. Aysgarth Falls and Bolton Castle are just a few miles drive. The market in Leyburn is on a Friday.

In terms of what's here, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, TV, and parking. All the bedding and towels are included. There's a bike store if you need it. No pets, I'm afraid.
