The Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is one of four cottages here on our farm in West Pennard. It's a proper old building, but it's been done up inside. You get the whole place to yourselves.
It sleeps eight people. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's handy with a big group. There's a log burner in the living room and a separate games room with a pool table.
Outside, there's your own garden with a barbecue and a hot tub. The hot tub is private, but the gardens aren't completely screened from each other, just so you know. There's also a tennis court that all the cottages share.
We're in a small village. The local pub is about a ten minute walk away. The nearest shop is a drive, about two and a half miles.
You can see Glastonbury Tor from some of the cottages here. Glastonbury town is about ten minutes by car. Wells and its cathedral is about twenty minutes drive. Bath is further, maybe fifty minutes if the traffic's alright.
The place is a working farm, so you'll see sheep and hear tractors sometimes. If you want to bring a dog, that's fine, we allow one.
Facilities wise: all the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and parking right outside.
