The Barn
This is The Barn. It's on our place in Southwood. We have horses, so that's what you'll see outside.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with double beds and their own shower rooms. That's handy. It's all on one level, and the main door is flush, so it's accessible if you need that.
Inside is one big room for the kitchen, dining, and sitting area. It's open plan. There's a TV, WiFi, a dishwasher and washing machine. All your bedding and towels are here. The kitchen has what you need.
Outside there's a table and chairs. You can sit out when the sun's on it. Parking is right there.
It's a quiet spot. The village pub and a shop are about half a mile down the lane.
If you want to go out, Street is about ten minutes by car. That's where Clarks Village is, for shopping. Glastonbury is the same distance. The Tor is there to walk up. It's a steep climb but the views are good.
You can get to Wells and Bath within half an hour or so. There are a few National Trust houses and gardens around too. The National Trust Somerset page has them all listed.
No pets, I'm afraid. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
