The Pod
The Pod is in Babcary. It's a detached studio cottage we built in our garden. You get the whole place and a private patio to yourselves. We live in the main house and there's a working yard behind with our horses, so you'll see us coming and going.
It's for two people. One room with a kingsize bed and a kitchen area at one end. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-insulated and everything's new. Underfloor heating, a good shower, that sort of thing.
There's a hot tub and a firepit on the patio. You can see fields from there. We've got sheep in the next field.
The local pub is about a mile's walk down the lane. It's good, they've won awards.
You're about half an hour's drive from a lot of the big things in this part of Somerset. Wells Cathedral is close. So is the Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton if you like planes. Cheddar Gorge is nearby. Glastonbury Tor is visible for miles. Bath is further, maybe 45 minutes if the traffic's alright.
For facilities: there's a full oven and hob, a fridge, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can take one well-behaved dog.
