Braeburn Lodge is one of four places on site near Coxbridge. It sits alongside the Somerset Levels, about ten minutes from Glastonbury. It's a safari lodge, comfortable glamping rather than a normal cottage. You get your own space, but there are three other lodges here too.
It sleeps six, three bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The bathroom is nice and the beds are comfortable. The lodge is all on one level and the path to the door is flat, so it's good for accessibility.
You've got your own private deck with a barbecue. Inside, there's a wood burning stove for cool evenings. The kitchen does what you need it to. It's open plan.
There are shared spaces here as well. There's a games room with a pool table and table tennis. In the orchard there's a wood-fired pizza oven and a firepit. You can borrow bicycles.
The site itself has an orchard and a wildflower meadow with paths through it. It's quiet.
Glastonbury is the closest town, with the Tor and the Abbey. The National Trust looks after the Tor. Cheddar Gorge and the Mendip Hills are both within half an hour. The Somerset Levels are right here for walking and birdwatching. Wells and its cathedral are about twenty minutes away.
Facilities: everything in the kitchen you'd need, bedding and towels are included, parking right by the lodge, no stairs inside. Pets are allowed, two maximum.
