The Stables is in Babcary, about fifteen minutes east of Yeovil. It's a detached building, part of a farm. The owners keep horses and sheep in the fields around.
It sleeps four but with one bedroom. The bedroom is upstairs and it's big. It has a super king bed and a smaller double bed in the same room. The shower room is up there too, attached to the bedroom. It's got a good walk-in shower. The whole place was all redone a couple of years ago so it's fresh.
Downstairs is the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has what you need. The living area has French doors that open onto a terrace. There's a hot tub out there looking over the fields.
There's a pub in the village you can walk to. For bigger shops, you'd drive to Yeovil.
You're well placed for day trips. The Fleet Air Arm Museum at Yeovilton is close. Wells is about half an hour, the cathedral and Vicars' Close are worth seeing. Glastonbury Tor is a similar drive. Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole are within forty-five minutes. Bath is further, maybe an hour.
Facilities: parking right outside, WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels are provided. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
