Cedar Barn
Cedar Barn is in Lovington, Somerset. It's next to our house, but it's completely separate and you won't see us unless you need something. It was done up a few years ago.
It's all on one level. Everything comes off the kitchen, which is in the middle. The living room has a high beamed ceiling and a window seat. There are two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a shower room. There's underfloor heating so it's warm.
Outside there's a private patio and a bit of lawn, through the French doors.
It sleeps four. It's got a 4 Star rating. No pets.
The facilities are what you'd expect: Wi-Fi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, parking. Bedding and towels are included.
You're out in the country here. The closest shop and pub are in Castle Cary, about three and a half miles away. It's a quick drive.
For days out, you're quite central. Glastonbury and the Tor are about twenty minutes' drive. Wells and the cathedral are a bit further, maybe half an hour. Clarks Village in Street is nearby if you want to shop. For a walk, Glastonbury Tor is the obvious one, or Stourhead gardens are about forty minutes away. The coast at Weston-super-Mare is just under an hour.
