Bramley Lodge is one of four safari lodges on a site in Coxbridge. It's on the edge of the Somerset Levels, about a ten minute drive from Glastonbury.
The lodge sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's a glamping setup, so it's a proper building but designed to feel like you're closer to being outside. The whole front is glass, with doors that open onto a private wooden veranda. There's a log burner inside and a cast iron BBQ outside.
The lodge is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and everything is on one floor. The kitchen is open plan with the living area. Bedding and towels are included.
The site has a shared games room with a pool table and table tennis. There's also a separate communal area in the orchard with a wood-fired pizza oven, seating, and a fire-pit. They have some bicycles you can use.
The lodges are set in a wildflower meadow with mown paths. It's quiet. You can see Glastonbury Tor from the field.
Glastonbury is the closest town for shops and places to eat. The Tor is a good walk. Cheddar Gorge and the caves are about half an hour's drive. The Mendip Hills are right there for walking. Wells is about 20 minutes away, the cathedral is worth seeing.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking right by your lodge.
