Yeomans Cottage
Yeomans Cottage is on the edge of the city centre in Wells. It's a very old terraced cottage, from about 1490. It's Grade II listed, so the walls aren't straight and the floors are a bit uneven. That's normal for a place this age.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. There's an open fire in the living room. You can bring one dog.
You're about a three minute walk from the cathedral and the Bishop's Palace. The market's on Wednesday. There's a shop 400 yards away and a pub 200 yards away. Both are handy.
If you want to drive out, Cheddar Gorge is about twenty minutes. Wookey Hole is ten minutes. Glastonbury Tor is fifteen. The Mendip Hills are right there for walking. Bath is under an hour. So is Longleat if you fancy that.
It's got a washing machine, a dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the street outside.
