Molly's Cottage
Molly's Cottage is in Glenridding. It's a stone cottage on one of the paths up Helvellyn.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. It's been done up inside, so it's comfortable with decent appliances.
The main thing is the sunroom on the roof. There's a balcony up there. The views are very good all around.
There's a garden at the back. It's a good size and it's enclosed.
The Traveller's Rest pub is about 200 yards down the road. Ullswater lake is a five minute walk from the front door.
For walking, you can start from the cottage or drive a bit. Aira Force waterfall is a short drive away. The steamers on Ullswater are nice if you don't fancy walking.
Within a half hour drive you've got Pooley Bridge at the other end of the lake, and Keswick. The whole northern Lakes is accessible.
Facilities: it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. Bedding is included. There's bike storage. No pets.
