Molly's Cottage
Molly's Cottage is in Glenridding. It's a three bedroom cottage. It sleeps five, and there's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The main thing is the sunroom upstairs. It's like a little room in the roof with a balcony. The view from there is the whole valley. You can see the fells.
It also has a good sized garden, which is enclosed. There's space to store bicycles if you bring them.
The stairs are cottage stairs. They turn a corner and are a bit steeper than modern ones.
There's a pub about 200 yards down the road. It's close enough to walk to for a meal. Ullswater is about five minutes' walk away. You can get to the lake easily.
For walks, you're right on one of the main paths up Helvellyn. Aira Force waterfall is a short drive away. You can also get the Ullswater Steamers from the pier.
In the cottage there's a dishwasher and washing machine. WiFi is included. We provide bedding. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them.
