Hovera
Hovera is a terrace house in Glenridding. It's right in the village, so you can walk to the shop and the pub. You get parking on the drive.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The set up is modern. The living room has a wood burner and you get a view of the fells from the window. The stairs to the top bedroom are quite steep, just so you know.
You can bring one dog. There's a small garden with a patio.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect: wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
If you're here to walk, you're basically at the foot of Helvellyn. You can join a path right from the door. The village is on Ullswater too, so you can get the steamer from the pier.
Keswick is about a 20 minute drive. Ambleside and Windermere are maybe 25 minutes. They have more shops and places to eat if you want a change from the local pub.
