It's open plan downstairs with a kitchen area, and the bathroom has a walk in shower. Outside there's a patio that's just for you. It's enclosed, so it's private.
The location is the main thing. You're a very short walk from the harbour and the beach. You can see the fishing boats come in. The town centre with the shops and restaurants is right there. You don't really need to drive once you're here.
If you do want to go out, Canterbury is about twenty minutes by car. You can also cycle there along the Crab and Winkle Way. Faversham is a fifteen minute drive. It's a nice market town with a good high street.
For walks, the coast path goes both ways. You can head towards Seasalter or Tankerton. Whitstable Castle has gardens you can wander around.
In terms of stuff, it's got a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. There's a BBQ on the patio. It's a luxury property, so it's equipped to a high standard.
