Apartment 11
Apartment 11 is on Canterbury Road in Whitstable. It's a one bedroom flat in a building that's been done up recently. It's for two people.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well equipped and in good condition. It's modern inside, open plan. You've got a dishwasher, TV, wifi, all that. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a travel cot and a highchair if you need them.
The location is the main thing. You're right in the middle of town. It's about a five minute walk to the beach and the harbour. All the shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants are on your doorstep. You can nip out for oysters without any planning. The building is on the main road, so you get some traffic noise.
One well-behaved dog is welcome.
If you fancy a walk, the coast path goes right past Tankerton Slopes, which is just along the beach. Whitstable Castle and its gardens are a short walk away too. For a day out, the train from Whitstable station is good. Canterbury is about ten minutes away by train or a twenty minute drive. You've got the cathedral and the history. Canterbury Cathedral is the obvious one. Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate are all along the coast within half an hour. The Turner Contemporary in Margate is worth a look.
