The Owner is Ambassador for HCA Health and author of 21 Steps to Unstuck, so all guests have VIP access to The Residency Health Club from £20 per session, which includes Garden Spa Hot Tub sessions for most of the year, paddle board hire, and 60-minute Health Coaching sessions for improved sleep, mood, food, and wellbeing. You’ll receive the guest services menu after booking.
The Vitamin Sea Residency has been finished to the highest standard with an additional refurb in 2022, including a private courtyard garden with sitting and eating areas, a living wall and mood lighting.

In the main living space, guests enjoy an oversized comfy sofa with a flat screen TV and a beautifully appointed bespoke kitchen complete with plush velvet seating adorning the handmade acacia wood dining area. The bedroom is a stunning space with its gorgeous, rich green leafy mural and carefully appointed lighting, a king-size bed, gold accents and curated aromas. Complimentary toiletries and a rain shower head add to the luxury experience in the shower room. The owners seek to provide ’an exceptional stay’, and it certainly is. A space to relax and unwind after a day of discovering all Kent has to offer, or being nurtured in the Health Club. Tailored stays are as bespoke as you’d like them to be.
Herne Bay itself is loved by visitors for its long stretches of beach, cycle routes, iconic pier, independent eateries, and boutique shops, as well as its entertainment, concert hall, cinema, and arcades. Its legacy lingers in the Victorian bandstand and fragrant seafront gardens. Regular door-to-door concerts at Dreamland are just 14 minutes by train.
Herne Bay station is just moments from the property, giving easy access to the surrounding coastal towns by rail and a direct route to London Victoria and Kings Cross, Dreamland Margate, Broadstairs and Whitstable. Just along the coast and 10 minutes by car, Whitstable is renowned for its famous oysters and eateries, and the charming Crab and Winkle Way cycle route from Whitstable Harbour.
Guests could also enjoy a trip to one of the largest Christmas markets in the country, which typically begins in mid-November.
