This is The Vitamin Sea Residency in Herne Bay. It's a one-bedroom place that sleeps three, plus one well-behaved dog if you want. It's got a 4 Star rating.
It's a detached cottage. You're basically right on one of the main roads into town, but it's set back a bit so it's not too noisy. You have your own enclosed courtyard garden out the back.
Inside, it's all on the ground floor. The main space is open plan, with a kitchen, dining area, and a big sofa. The decor is quite bold. Lots of colour and modern art. The bedroom has a king-size bed and a feature wall with a leafy mural. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, not a bath.
It's a short walk to the seafront, the pier, and the town centre. There's a local pub nearby, and Herne Bay station is just down the road.
For things to do, you've got the beach and the pier here in town. Whitstable is about a ten-minute drive along the coast. Canterbury is roughly a twenty-minute drive inland, famous for the cathedral. The train can get you to Margate or Ramsgate, or into London if you really want.
In terms of facilities, WiFi and TV are included. There's bike storage if you bring cycles. Bedding and towels are provided. The property is next to a health club, so you can use the hot tub, sauna, and spa garden there as part of your stay.
