The Beach Bungalow
It's called The Beach Bungalow. It's in Herne Bay, Kent. It's a bungalow, so no stairs, which is good for some people. It's detached and sits on a corner plot, so you've got a wraparound garden. It's fully enclosed.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It was done up in 2023, so everything's new and clean. It's got a four star rating. There's a hot tub that fits six people. We let one well-behaved dog come along.
You're about a five minute walk from the beach here. It's a quiet, residential spot, not right on the seafront.
Herne Bay itself has a long pier with shops and cafes on it. The town is handy for Canterbury, which is about six miles south. There's a lot of history there, with the cathedral and everything. Whitstable is four miles west if you like oysters.
If you drive for about half an hour, you can get to quite a few places. Whitstable and Canterbury, obviously. Also Margate, Broadstairs, and Ramsgate are all along the coast. For castles, you've got Leeds Castle and Hever Castle within reach. Howletts and Port Lympne are animal parks.
In terms of what's here, the bungalow has parking, a washing machine, dishwasher, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a highchair if you need one.
