Cedars
Cedars is in Sturry, so it's residential. It's actually a self-contained annex on the side of our house. You've got your own front door and patio.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one twin. One shower room. The stairs inside are a bit steep, just so you know.
It's got a cosy living room with a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is at the back. The upstairs bedrooms look out over fields at the back, which is nice. There's parking on site.
You can walk to the local shop and pub in a few minutes. The pub serves food. Canterbury city centre is about three miles away. You can drive, but the train from Sturry station gets you there in about five minutes which is easier.
Cedars is a 3 Star property. That means it's clean and comfortable. It's got Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
From here you're well placed for Canterbury Cathedral and the river. For a day out, the coast is about twenty minutes by car. Whitstable is good for seafood. Leeds Castle and Dover Castle are both within half an hour's drive.
