Augustines Cottage is in Canterbury, right by St Augustine's Abbey. It's a two-up two-down cottage on a quiet little closed-off road. You can see the Cathedral from the front.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 3 Star rating, which means it's tidy and comfortable without being over the top.
There's an enclosed garden at the back with a deck, a table, chairs and a barbecue. There's a chiminea too. The stairs are normal.
You've got a pub and a café literally around the corner. The city centre gates are a five-minute walk.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove in the living room. The main bedroom has a big double bed and a roll-top bath in the en-suite. The twin room uses the shower room downstairs.
It comes with bedding and towels, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and satellite TV. There's a cot and a stairgate if you need them. We allow two dogs.
From here you can walk to everything. The Cathedral, the shops, the river. You can walk or cycle the Crab and Winkle Way out to Whitstable. For a day out, Whitstable is about twenty minutes by car. Dover Castle and the White Cliffs are about half an hour.
