The Annexe Kingston

The Annexe is attached to my house, here in Kingston. It's quiet, and it's a good spot if you like walking or cycling around the countryside. The Kent Downs are right here, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

It's all on one floor. The bedroom has patio doors that open onto a shared garden. There's a sofa bed in the living area, so you could squeeze in an extra person or two in a pinch. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean.

You're fairly self-contained. There's a kitchen with a breakfast bar. It's got a washing machine and a dishwasher. Parking is on site.

The local pub is about 300 yards up the road. They do food. For a proper shop, you'd need to drive about two miles to Bridge.

Canterbury is about seven miles away. That's where you'll find the cathedral, the theatre, and all the shops. It's an easy drive. For the coast, Whitstable or Dover are both about a 20-minute drive, maybe a bit more if the traffic's bad.

Facilities wise: Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and a highchair. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. The garden is enclosed, but it is shared with us.
