Grove Cottage

Grove Cottage is in Stelling Minnis in Kent. It's a new build, done sustainably. Sleeps three, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's comfortable and well fitted out.

The main room is open plan, kitchen and sitting area together. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed. The second bedroom has a single bed. It's all on one level and the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's parking right outside.

You get a patio out the front. It looks straight out over fields. There are horses and sheep in the next field, they sometimes come over. It's very quiet.

You're about 20 minutes by car from Canterbury. Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel are about the same distance. Ashford is handy for the train if you're heading into London.

For walking, the Kent Downs are right here. The White Cliffs are about half an hour away. Dover Castle is a similar drive.

Facilities are what you'd expect: wifi, TV, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ. No pets, sorry.
