This is Byre Cottage in Maxted Street. It's one of four barn conversions on our land. The three cottages are joined together, so you'll see other guests coming and going sometimes.
It's a three-star place, which means it does what it says on the tin. It's clean and tidy. It's perfect for a couple.
Inside, it's one big living space downstairs with the kitchen at one end. Stairs go up to a double bedroom and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. We provide the bedding and towels.
Your own front door opens onto a small private balcony with a table and chairs. It looks straight out over the fields. You're welcome to use the shared patio area and the hot tub with the other guests. The hot tub's down by the main house.
You can bring up to two dogs. There's bike storage if you need it, and your own parking spot.
There's a pub and a restaurant about a mile away. The nearest shop is in the village, about two and a half miles.
You're in the middle of the countryside here. The M20 is about ten minutes away, which makes getting around easy. Canterbury is eight miles east. Whitstable and the coast are about a 25-minute drive. Dover is half an hour.
