The Deer Loft
The Deer Loft is a converted loft over a garage on our property. It's detached and you've got your own private garden. It's in a valley near Brook, so it's very quiet and rural. You'll see deer in the fields opposite most days.
It's a 4 Star place, which means it's comfortable and well-finished. It's just for two people. One big room with a kitchen area and a sofa, then the king-size bed is through an archway. The bathroom is en-suite. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside.
Because it's a loft conversion, the stairs up to it are external and a bit steep. Just so you know. The garden and fire pit are down at ground level.
The location is good if you like walking. We're on the Pilgrims Way and right next to the Wye Downs Nature Reserve. The village of Wye is five minutes drive away for a shop and a couple of pubs. Canterbury is about twenty-five minutes by car.
If you want to go to the coast, Folkestone and Hythe are within half an hour. They've got the usual seaside things. For a bigger day out, you can reach the Kent Downs or places like Rye and Whitstable within about forty-five minutes.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. Bedding and towels are included.
