The living area is open plan. Big patio doors open onto the garden, which is enclosed. You can sit out there and it's quite quiet. We do see deer in the field sometimes.
There are a few good pubs about five minutes away by car. The village of Wye is close, about ten minutes. They've got shops and places to eat like The Tickled Trout by the river.
Canterbury is maybe twenty minutes in the car. You've got the cathedral and the old streets there. For walking, you're right at the foot of the North Downs. The North Downs Way is on your doorstep.
Facilities: there's parking right outside, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. It's got bike storage if you need it. No pets.
