The Studio
The Studio is in Aldington village. It's a detached house at the top of a quiet lane. You get the whole place to yourself, obviously.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is clean and well kept. The living room and bedrooms are upstairs, so you get the views over Romney Marsh. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor. The stairs are fine, just a normal flight.
There's an open plan kitchen, dining and living area upstairs. It has underfloor heating downstairs, which is good in winter. There's a Smart TV with Netflix, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and an electric car charger if you need it. All bedding and towels are included.
The garden is enclosed. There's parking for two cars on the drive.
The village pub is about 100 yards away. They do food. There are a couple of local shops about half a mile away. There's a big playing field with a kids' play area you can walk to.
For a day out, Port Lympne Zoo is a five minute drive. The beach at Dymchurch is about seven miles. You can drive into Ashford in about fifteen minutes. From there you can get the Eurostar, or trains to London.
It's good for walking and cycling around the lanes and the Marsh. If you want to explore further, the Kent Downs are within half an hour. You can be in Canterbury or at Folkestone Harbour in under thirty minutes.
