The Studio
The Studio is in Aldington, Kent. It's a detached house, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. You're up on the ridge here, so the views from the front windows are over Romney Marsh. It's a proper view.
It sleeps four. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, all downstairs. The living room, kitchen and dining area are upstairs on the first floor. The stairs to get up there are inside, they're fine. The lower floor has underfloor heating, which is good in winter.
The place has a 4 Star rating. It's got things like WiFi, a smart TV with Netflix, a washing machine and a dishwasher. There's an electric vehicle charging point on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. The garden is enclosed.
You can walk to the village green. There's a play area for kids there. The pub is about a hundred yards away, they do food. There are a couple of local shops within half a mile.
Port Lympne Zoo is very close, about five minutes in the car. The beach at Dymchurch is roughly seven miles away. From Ashford, which is about seven miles too, you can get the Eurostar or the train into London if you want a day trip.
