Treacle Cottage is a one bedroom place in West Hythe, Kent. It sleeps two. It's in the grounds of my house but you can't see the main house from the cottage, so it's private.
It's a 4 Star rating. The bedroom and bathroom are on the ground floor, which is handy. There's a woodburning stove, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed for your own use.
The cottage is on a quiet lane with fields at the front. You can see Lympne Castle out the back across the fields.
There's a pub called the Botolph's Bridge about 100 yards away. It's good, they do food. The Royal Military Canal path is nearby for walks and cycles. It's been improved recently. The coast is about three miles away. You've got Hythe and Dymchurch beaches close by.
It's a quick drive to the motorway, but it feels quiet here. There's on site parking.
