Sunny House By The Sea
Sunny House is in Dymchurch. It's a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is a long sandy one. The village shops and places to eat are on the same road.
It sleeps four. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bathroom has a walk-in shower, the other has a bath. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's been recently done up inside.
The garden is yours. It's got a patio and a bit of lawn, enclosed by a fence.
Inside, there's a wood burner in the front room and another in the dining area. The stairs are standard, not too steep. The kitchen is new. You've got a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car on the drive.
Dymchurch itself has a funfair and the usual seafront things. The Romney, Hythe & Dymchurch Railway station is close by if you fancy a trip on the small steam trains.
You can drive to Camber Sands in about 20 minutes for more beach. Rye is about 25 minutes away. Folkestone and the Creative Quarter is roughly half an hour. Dover Castle and the White Cliffs are about 40 minutes drive.

No pets, sorry. The front door and the downstairs shower room are wheelchair accessible.
