This is the Summer House at Beachborough Park. It's in Etchinghill in Kent, near Folkestone. It's a detached building set in the walled garden of an estate, so it's quiet. You get big windows looking out over the grounds and fields.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and a bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. It's open plan downstairs, with a wood burner. There's a patio with outdoor furniture.
The place is on a big estate so there are acres of grounds to walk around. It's in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The local pub is about a mile away, a 20 minute walk.
In terms of things to do, Hythe is about a 10 minute drive. It's got a small beach, the military canal for walks, and a high street. Folkestone is about 15 minutes away. You've got the Harbour Arm there with food stalls and bars, and the Creative Quarter for shops. It's a sandy beach.
Canterbury is under half an hour's drive for the cathedral and history. Dover Castle and the White Cliffs are about 25 minutes away. The Channel Tunnel terminal is very close, about 5 minutes, if you're thinking of a day trip to France.
For facilities, it has parking on site, including an electric vehicle charger. There's WiFi, a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's fishing available locally.
